Can I create and restore my own backups? |

The short answer is yes. You can create and restore your home directory backups using your control panel ( the control panel we install on all accounts including reseller is cPanel http://www.cpanel.net ). You can also create and restore your database backups using the same control panel. We suggest you generate a Full Backup once in a while and keep a local copy on your computer and/or CD, USB key, etc.. This backup can only be restored by our administrators but includes everything from email settings to your database and your home directory including permissions.We are confident that a tiered backup system like we have implemented is sufficient for any possible loss of data but one is better safe than sorry by keeping a local copy.
