How long should I expect my server setup to take? |

Setups happpen within 24 hours of sign-up, assuming payment is properly processed. During the normal Monday-Friday workday (9-5 EST) most turn-ups happen within a couple of hours. Unlike our technical departments, which never close, our order processing department, as well as our sales and billing offices, do maintain business office hours. While those offices are closed, turn-ups are processed less frequently, but still multiple times each day. No matter when you sign up, we should be able to get you up quickly.
